Jaspersoft reporting and Business Intelligence software is built to be embedded in other applications. As the copyright holder of Jaspersoft software, Jaspersoft is pleased to offer flexible licensing terms to meet the needs of most third-party developers.

When integrated with or embedded into a third-party application, Jaspersoft's software can be redistributed (1) under the terms of the GNU GPL open source license, or (2) under commercial terms for third-party profit.

Professional Edition with OEM License Agreement	For OEMs, ISVs, and For-Profit Developers Jaspersoft Professional OEM licensing is an affordable and appealing option for OEMs, ISVs, and for-profit developers who want to include production or operational reporting, ad hoc query and reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and other BI capabilities in their applications. Contact Jaspersoft to discuss distributing Jaspersoft with your application.
Professional Edition	End-User Licensing The Jaspersoft commercial end user license agreement (EULA) grants the right to use--but not redistribute--Jaspersoft Professional edition software. If you want to copy, share, or redistribute Professional edition software for purposes other than internal business use, you must obtain an OEM license.
Community Edition	For Open Source Developers Jaspersoft Community Edition software is covered by the GNU General Public License (GPL) or Lesser General Public License (L-GPL). The right to freely use, modify, and redistribute software is fundamental to the GNU GPL agreement. Those who abide by it can do whatever they wish with Jaspersoft Community Edition software for their organization's internal business use. If you release modifications or embed Jaspersoft Community Edition software in a publicly distributed application, you may be obligated to contribute your entire work to the Open Source community under the GNU GPL.
